In 1999 Deborah joined the PEO Canada team just as the business was establishing itself as a separate division within the Diversified Staffing Services organization. Starting first as a Payroll and Benefits Specialist, Deborah helped the PEO business develop its initial service structure. Through the early mid 2000’s Deborah established a formal benefit and retirement service offering for our clients and led a group of dedicated specialists into a complete Benefit Services team. Fast forward another 10 years and PEO Canada has grown into a major organization, supporting businesses and employees from across Canada and in many industry sectors. Deborah has gained experience and knowledge in every facet of our business as a leader of all our Client Service teams. She is currently responsible for various technical and operational processes and services across our organization.
