Description

Reporting to the Customer Engagement Team Lead, this position is responsible for assisting Customer Engagement and Business Development Consultants with Prospect and Client focused documentation, projects and general company administrative tasks.

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Coordination and delivery of client documentation and communications
  • Administration of clients Canada Revenue Agency & Revenue Quebec accounts including following up with clients and tracking of documentation
  • Preparation of proposals and agreements
  • Preparation of client onboarding and off boarding documents
  • Editing and auditing processes, flow charts and various documents
  • General filing, note taking and document management
  • Client Annual Review document development
  • Distribution of client invoices, payroll registers and customized client reports
  • Assisting with other projects as required
