Description
Reporting to the Customer Engagement Team Lead, this position will support the Business Development Consultants to grow new business and support existing client base by encouraging to use or expand their use of our services.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Participate in prospective prospect needs assessments and determination of the service solution.
- Oversee and facilitate the on-boarding and off-boarding of clients.
- Ability to provide Client support by directing them to the appropriate service team member.
- Strong and effective relationship builder with the ability to influence across all service areas of our business to best support our Clients.
- Communicate and work effectively with the Business Development Consultants and service team to source and secure business opportunities, growth and repeat business driving revenue.
- Work with Business Development Consultants to implement and execute new client contract.
