Bilingual Customer Service Specialist – Remote

PEO Canada is working with our client, a leader in luxury cruises, to hire a Bilingual Customer Service Specialist. This is an exciting remote opportunity to join an organization that is growing.

The successful individual will respond to customer inquiries; as well as guide customers through company products, policies and services.

Description

Range of responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Provide professional support to all customers
• Ability to resolve issues with focus on customer experience
• Interact directly with customers through telephone, email and chat
• Prioritize and resolve customer needs
• Review bookings, invoices, payment receipts and documents for accuracy.
• Contact passengers prior to final document mailing to obtain any missing information.
• Assemble and mail final documents for all passengers or travel agents.

Required Skills

Successful applicants must be fluent in English and French, have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to self-motivate. To be considered for this role, you will also have:

• Three years customer service experience; call center experience is a plus
• Working PC knowledge
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong background in reservations
• Travel industry tour operator experience would be an asset.
• Experience with Salesforce and/or Amadeus would also be an asset.
• A college degree or relevant experience is required.
