Trevor Katelnikoff is PEO Canada Ltd.’s Chief Executive Officer. Trevor has been driving the Diversified Staffing Services and PEO Canada brands forward, literally, since becoming an Industrial Team van driver in 1991. Through his tenure as a recruiter, manager, accounting lead, and Operations Officer to his position today, Trevor has seen our organization grow from a team of 12 to a multi-center Alberta-based business with a national sales presence. Trevor’s broad vision for the corporation’s strategic direction continues to enhance the business through the executive team’s leadership and the outstanding services of PEO Canada and Diversified Staffing Services. Family, both at home and within the business, is Trevor’s number one priority, followed closely by his love of triathlon and the colour pink.
CHIEF PROCESS OFFICER
Deborah is PEO Canada’s Chief Process Officer, responsible for consistent and efficient processes within our organization that lead to reduced risks and superior service to our clients. Having worked at PEO Canada since 1999, Deborah has tenure in all of our service areas and a great deal of experience in all facets of Human Resources. After completing her BSc in Mathematical Sciences from the University of Bath, she immigrated to Canada from the UK. In Canada now for more than 25 years, she has added numerous education components to her toolbox, including the Certified Employee Benefits designation (CEBS), and is a licensed broker in Life Insurance and Accident and Sickness. A self-professed “numbers geek,” Deborah uses her passion to help clients and their people through our human resources services. Two gorgeous rescue pups, an evolving garden, and a large global family help to ensure work-life balance is still a priority too.

Kimberly Rivard is PEO Canada’s Chief Customer Officer, driving the organization forward for optimal customer experience delivery and a persistent focus on the customer in the actions our company takes. Kimberly came to PEO Canada in 2006 with a strong background in customer-centric financial services and corporate training. Initially joining the Benefits Team and evolving through the leadership of all our service divisions, her broad scope of experience will lead to long-term competitive advantage and build and retain loyal customer partnerships. Kimberly maintains a Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) designation and Life, Accident and sickness insurance license with a focus on building a business and team that is as dynamic as those we serve. Passionate about family, connection, and overall well-being, those around Kimberly are lovingly and frequently reminded to drink water, eat whole food, and move their body daily.

Saveria Sabatini is PEO Canada’s Chief Business Development Officer with over two decades of experience in a market that has since blossomed into the most dynamic sector in Employee Management Services. She joined PEO Canada in 2002 as an Account Manager in the Diversified Staffing Services division in Calgary, Alberta. In 2004, Saveria relocated to Toronto, Ontario, to help build PEO Canada’s presence in Eastern Canada. A few years later, she led the team in Ontario, which eventually broadened to a National leadership mandate. Saveria’s mission is to continue to expand her broad and comprehensive knowledge of all matters related to the business of PEO Canada while keeping an eye towards identifying new sales opportunities to drive marketing strategy, business growth, and forging strategic partnerships. Outside of work, Saveria takes every opportunity to embrace her family and friends while fitting in time to travel and experience the world.
CHIEF CORPORATE SERVICES OFFICER
Ben Hutchins is PEO Canada’s Chief Corporate Services Officer, leading our technology, information management, organizational compliance, and people strategies. Since joining the organization as a Diversified Staffing Services summer van driver in 2003, Ben has attained a Bachelor of Science degree and Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) designation and evolved through varying roles across the organization. Ben’s ability to navigate through PEO Canada Ltd.’s internal resources and infrastructure has continued to develop and he maintains our Quality Service System (QSS), an audit system guided by our mission to provide the best possible services to our clients across our brands. Ben’s priorities outside the office are loving his family, partaking in endurance sports that don’t hurt his back, which now means squash instead of Ironman competitions, and finding the next best business book.
