Growing an organization like Diversified Staffing Services Ltd. requires a visionary leader. Randy has been the driving force behind the growth and change in Diversified since its inception in 1978. Randy has always believed in quality, responsive service, knowing his market, and a longer-term belief in partnered organizations, whether they are clients or business partners. He has taken this belief one step further with the development of the PEO Division, liaising with NAPEO(a PEO association in the USA), to provide an international flavour to a distinctly Canadian company.

Bill Leesman, Sales Manager    >> Contact

Bill has been a member of the Diversified Staffing team since 1999. Bill brings over twenty years of people managing and sales experience to PEO Canada. After growing up in Oregon, Bill has made Calgary home and has owned two local businesses and managed two others in the Calgary area. Beginning working with the sales team, Bill now directs both sales and service teams across Canada.

Trevor has been a member of the Diversified Staffing Services since 1991. During his time at Diversified Staffing Services, Trevor led the Industrial Division from 3 staff to 16, until 2005 when he moved into the role of Operations Manager. Through his tenure with Diversified Staffing Services, Trevor has a thorough understanding of customer service and believes in providing a quality product and extraordinary service to all of our customers. He ensures that the outstanding service provided by the Diversified Staffing Services and PEO Canada is backed by our leading edge Operations system. In addition, Trevor continues to lead the employee owned portion of the Diversified Staffing Services. He plays an important role in the connection between the employee owned portion of the company and the Diversified Staffing Services.

Deborah Boksteyn, Benefits Manager    >> Contact

Deborah joined the PEO Canada team in 1999 with the mandate to develop the Benefits Program. Coming to PEO from JC Perry, Deborah brings 12 years of Benefits Management experience. Deb has both a Bsc. and GBA, providing her with experience to manage the complexities of multiple Benefits programs.

Sonia Sgarbossa-Grech, Payroll Manager    >> Contact

Joining PEO Canada in 2001, Sonia brings over 12 years experience to our Payroll Division. Initially a payroll specialist with us working with our largest clients, Sonia has advanced to Manager of the Payroll Division in 2005, actively helping the Division double in size.

James recently joined the PEO Canada team in 2007. With 4 years experience in Worker's Compensation claims management, James works with all of our clients in administering Worker's Compensation issues and improving OH&S aspects of our clients.
