Our Management Team
Randy Ward, President
Growing an organization like Diversified Staffing Services Ltd. requires a visionary leader. Since its inception in 1978, Randy has filled that role. As the driving force behind Diversified’s growth and change, Randy believes in quality, responsive service, and knowing his market. He also believes in partnered organizations, whether they are clients or business partners. Randy has developed the PEO Division, liaising with NAPEO (a PEO association in the U.S.A.), to provide international flavour to a distinctly Canadian company.
Trevor Katelnikoff, Director of Operations
Trevor started with Diversified Staffing Services in 1991 as a van driver to pay his way through university. He’s been with the company ever since, first moving into a recruiter position and then to manager of the Industrial services division in 1995. Trevor saw the Industrial division grow from a staff of three to 16 before moving to his role as operations manager in 2004. As operations manager, Trevor ensures the outstanding service provided by Diversified Staffing Services and PEO Canada is backed by their quality operations system. Trevor enjoys partaking in endurance sports around the world, and has two sons, whom he enjoys watching compete as competitive swimmers.
Bill Leesman, Director
Bill has been a member of the Diversified team since 1999, and brings over 20 years of people-managing and sales experience to the team. After growing up in Oregon, Bill made Calgary his home, where he has owned two local businesses and managed two others in the area. Bill started with a sales team of 13, and now works with teams in Calgary, Edmonton, and Toronto. His work has seen sales growth from $40 million to over $100 million. In 2005, Bill took over the management of the PEO sales team, and in 2007, he began overseeing PEO operations. Today, as Director of PEO Canada, he works with a great team of over 30 professionals. Actively involved in the community, Bill has served as a board member for a number of non-profit organizations including the Variety Club of Calgary and Heritage Christian Academy.
